Where are the products made?
We source our ingredients from around the world and manufacture 100% of our products at GMP-certified facilities in the United States.
What is a GMP facility?
A GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) facility is a production site that follows strict guidelines to ensure products are manufactured safely, consistently, and with high quality. These rules cover everything from the cleanliness of the equipment to the training of employees and the testing of ingredients. When a product is manufactured in a GMP facility, it means you can trust that it’s been produced to high standards, with your safety in mind.
What is kratom?
A relative of the coffee tree (Rubiaceae), Kratom is the common name for Mitragyna speciosa, the tree species that produces leaves from which kratom products are made. These dried leaves are what people are referring to when they talk about “kratom.” Kratom has been used for hundreds of years as a traditional botanical in certain Asian countries including Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and Papua New Guinea where the tree grows natively. Over the last decade, kratom use around the world has increased dramatically as people turn more and more to holistic plant-based products.
What is the difference between mitragyna speciosa and mitragynine?
Mitragynine is a naturally occurring indole alkaloid within the leaves of the kratom tree and is the primary alkaloid responsible for kratom’s effects. Mitragynine and other active alkaloids are isolated from other compounds in the leaves to create extracts.
Mitragyna speciosa is the official botanical name of the kratom species itself.
What is Kava?
Kava is a plant native to the South Pacific, traditionally used to help people relax, unwind, and de-stress. The root is ground up and made into a drink that’s known for its calming, mellow effects—think of it as nature’s way to chill out without the alcohol. It’s great for when you want to take the edge off and feel more at ease.
Do your products contain 7-OH?
Kaii products live within Kratom Consumer Protection Act (KCPA) limits for 7-Hydroxymitragynine.
